Ingredients
- 3 to 4 lb. flat cut beef brisket
- 2 tsp. celery salt
- 2 tsp. onion salt
- 2 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 tsp. tenderizer
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 16 to 18 oz. jar Open Pit barbecue sauce
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
Directions

1Rub salts, tenderizer, sugar and Worcestershire sauce on each side of brisket.

2Wrap brisket in foil and let marinate overnight. Bake at 250° for 4 hours.

3During last 1/2 hour, open foil and drain all but 1/2 cup juice.

4Add Open Pit barbecue sauce and brown sugar.

5Baste 2 to 3 times during last 1/2 hour.

6Slice diagonally.

7Pour desired amount of sauce over brisket slices.
