- 1 bottle liquid smoke
- 1 bottle barbecue sauce
- 1 onion
- Worcestershire sauce
- celery salt
Directions

1Trim brisket.

2Place in 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Slice onion on top. Sprinkle celery salt on top of brisket.

4Pour small amount of Worcestershire sauce on top, then pour liquid smoke on top.

5Cover with foil.

6Place in refrigerator overnight.

7Next morning, drain liquid.

8Place in 250° oven for 5 hours.

9Last hour, pour bottle of barbecue sauce over brisket and cook.
