- 5 to 6 lb. brisket
- 1 bottle liquid smoke
- 1 (28 oz.) bottle barbecue sauce
- garlic salt
- onion salt
- celery salt
Directions

1Trim fat off brisket.

2Marinate brisket overnight with garlic, celery salt and liquid smoke.

3Next morning, bake in a slow oven in marinade for 6 to 8 hours at 300° to 325°, according to size of brisket.

4When done, take out of oven and set for 30 minutes. Slice and put in serving dish.

5Put barbecue sauce on meat and bake 30 minutes to 1 hour.
