  • 1 can corn kernels, drained
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup Barbecue Sauce (recommended: Neelys' Barbeque Sauce)
  • 1 pound pulled pork
  • Ranch dressing, to taste
