- 1 lb. Icelandic cod, thawed and drained
- 3/4 c. lo-cal barbecue sauce
Directions

1Spray glass baking dish with Pam.

2Place cod in dish and cover with plastic wrap.

3Microwave on High for 3 minutes, turning once. Remove and pour off any liquid.

4Pour barbecue sauce over fish; cover again with plastic wrap and microwave for 2 minutes more on High.

5Check fish for doneness.

6Return fish to microwave for 1 more minute at a time until fish flakes.
