- 6 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. Parkay margarine
- 1 1/3 c. evaporated milk
- 2 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
- 1 (13 oz.) jar Kraft marshmallow cream
- 2 c. chopped nuts
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Combine sugar, margarine and milk in a 5-quart pot; bring to a full rolling boil.

2Stir constantly.

3Boil 5 minutes over medium heat or until candy thermometer reaches 234°, stirring constantly to prevent scorching.

4Remove from heat; stir in chocolate pieces until melted.

5Add marshmallow cream, nuts and vanilla; beat until well blended.

6Pour into two greased 13 x 9-inch pans.

7Cool at room temperature.

8Cut into squares.

9Makes 6 pounds.

10Do not substitute sweetened condensed milk for evaporated milk.
