- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. barbecue sauce
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 cans refrigerated biscuits
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Brown meat and drain.

2Add sauce and onion and simmer.

3Press biscuits into greased muffin pans (make sure dough is up to top of cup).

4Fill with meat mixture and top with cheese.

5Bake at 400° for 10 minutes. Makes 20 cups.
