- 1 thick center-cut ham steak (about 1 1/2 lb.)
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 Tbsp. catsup
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions

1Slash flat edge of ham at 1-inch intervals, but do not cut into the meat.

2Combine remaining ingredients.

3Grill ham about 5 or 6-inches above the coals, brushing often with the barbecue sauce.

4Cook about 5 minutes on each side before turning, making 3 turns in all.
