  • salt and pepper
  • 1 c. broth
  • 1 pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bottle catsup
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. pickling spice
  • 1 clove garlic

    Cook meat, salt and pepper together until tender.

    Cooking overnight in a crock-pot is best.

    Mix all other ingredients together and cook until onion and pepper it tender.
