  • 8 lean pork chops
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. celery seed
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/3 c. vinegar
  • 1 c. water

    Brown chops in hot shortening.

    Drain.

    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops.

    Bake in slow oven at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.
