- 1 (5 to 6 lb.) Boston butt
- 1 1/2 c. hickory flavored barbecue sauce
- 3/4 c. catsup
- 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Directions

1Bring pork to boil in lightly salted water.

2Cover; reduce to simmer and cover 2 to 2 1/2 hours.

3Remove pork, discard water and cool.

4Remove bone and fat; discard.

5Coarsely chop lean meat and place in saucepan.

6Mix barbecue sauce, catsup and mustard; stir into meat.

7Heat thoroughly.

8May need to add water to keep meat from sticking.

9Makes approximately 18 sandwiches.
