  • 1-1/4 cup Dried Cherries, Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Water
  • 1 package (12 Oz) White Chocolate Morsels
  • 12 ounces, weight Vanilla Bark Coating Squares
  • 1-1/4 cup Chopped Green Pistachios

Directions

    Microwave cherries and 2 tablespoons water in a small glass bowl on high for 2 minutes; drain.

    Melt morsels and bark coating in a heavy saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat; stir in cherries and pistachios. Spread into a waxed paper-lined 15x10 inch jelly roll pan.

    Chill for 1 hour or until firm. Break into pieces, and store in an airtight container.

    Note: for convenience, I buy a package (6 oz.) of shelled pistachios and run them through my food processor very briefly. Works like a charm every time!
