- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons VEGEMITE
- Tabasco sauce, to taste
- 500 g large green banana prawns (approximately 16), peeled and deveined Safeway 1 lb For $8.99 thru 02/09
- 4 ciabatta rolls, split in half and char grilled
- 1 cup prepared coleslaw
Directions

1WHISK together the tomato sauce, VEGEMITE and Tabasco.

2Set aside half the mixture and marinate the prawns in the remaining mixture for 5-10 minutes.

3LIFT the prawns from the marinade then discard.

4Char grill the prawns for 2-3 minutes on each side or until cooked.

5SPOON the coleslaw onto the rolls then top with the prawns and a drizzle of the remaining sauce.

6Serve immediately.
