  • 1 dead raccoon, quartered
  • 1 onion (for flavor)
  • 2 potatoes (to draw wild taste)
  • 1 c. barbecue sauce

Directions

    Boil coon, onion and potatoes for 1 1/2 hours.

    Debone.

    Mix with barbecue sauce and bake for 45 minutes at 350°.
