  • short ribs
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • soy sauce, lemon juice and vinegar to taste
  • 1 small tomato sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple

    Trim off fat; bake ribs 2 1/2 hours at 275°.

    Pour off fat and pour sauce over ribs.

    Cook 1/2 hour more.
