- 5 lb. pork or beef ribs
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 small, chopped bell pepper
- 2 c. catsup
- 1 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
Directions

1Brown ribs in skillet in small amount of oil.

2Layer ribs in baking dish.

3Drain grease from skillet.

4In same skillet, simmer the onion and bell pepper until tender.

5Add catsup, water, mustard, vinegar and brown sugar.

6Simmer until it thickens.

7Pour over ribs in baking dish.

8Bake 1 hour.

9Serve with mashed potatoes.

10Use sauce as gravy.
