- 1 can vegetarian scallops
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3/4 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. onion powder
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 c. tomato paste
- 1 c. water
- 1/4 c. ketchup
Directions

1Place oil in frying pan.

2Brown scallops, don't burn them. After browning, place in baking dish.

3With the oil that's left in pan, simmer onions, peppers and garlic until soft.

4Add tomato paste, water and ketchup.

5Simmer 5 minutes.

6Pour over scallops and bake 20 minutes at 350°.

7Serves 5 to 6.
