- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 c. ketchup
- 2 tsp. mustard
- 2 tsp. vinegar
- 2 tsp. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 tsp. lemon juice
- 2/3 c. water
- 3 lb. venison
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together; let set while browning venison in 1/4 cup oil.

2Drain; put venison in 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Cover with sauce.

4Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325°.
