Ingredients

  • 1 chopped medium onion
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter, cook onions with this until done
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. tomato ketchup
  • 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c. water
  • salt and pepper
  • few shakes of hot pepper sauce

    Mix all ingredients together and bring to a boil.

    Put aluminum foil in a 2-inch deep pan.

    Put meat in pan.

    Pour sauce over meat.

    Bake in 375° oven until meat is done, about 2 1/2 hours, according to your oven (some ovens cook hotter) and also depends on tenderness of venison.
