Barbecue Venison

Ingredients
- 1 chopped medium onion
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter, cook onions with this until done
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. tomato ketchup
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. water
- salt and pepper
- few shakes of hot pepper sauce
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together and bring to a boil.

2Put aluminum foil in a 2-inch deep pan.

3Put meat in pan.

4Pour sauce over meat.

5Bake in 375° oven until meat is done, about 2 1/2 hours, according to your oven (some ovens cook hotter) and also depends on tenderness of venison.
