- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 2 Tbsp. clover honey
- 1/2 tsp. powdered ginger
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. fresh parsley
- 2 Tbsp. rosemary
- 1/2 c. water
- 4 lb. fish
Directions

1Cut fish into serving size pieces 1-inch thick.

2Mix remaining ingredients well and pour over fish.

3Marinate fish for 4 hours. Place fish on grill over low coals.

4Baste fish with marinade. Cook until fish flakes when tested, about 15 minutes.
