  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. crushed garlic
  • 1/4 c. salad oil
  • 2 Tbsp. clover honey
  • 1/2 tsp. powdered ginger
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. fresh parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. rosemary
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 4 lb. fish

Directions

    Cut fish into serving size pieces 1-inch thick.

    Mix remaining ingredients well and pour over fish.

    Marinate fish for 4 hours. Place fish on grill over low coals.

    Baste fish with marinade. Cook until fish flakes when tested, about 15 minutes.
