Barbecued Pecans

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 c. pecan halves
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt

Directions

    Mix sugar and vinegar in quart jar.

    Add pecans and shake to coat nuts.

    Place in shallow pan.

    Bake in 250° oven, stirring frequently, for 30 minutes until lightly browned.

    Add melted butter and seasoned salt; toss well.

    Continue baking until toasted.

    Store in tight container in refrigerator.
