- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 c. molasses
- 1/4 c. prepared mustard
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. catsup
- 1/2 c. water
- 3 lb. short ribs or spareribs
Directions

1Saute onion until soft in oil. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer all for 10 minutes on low heat.

2Divide short ribs or spareribs for serving.

3Place in shallow pan. Bake 1 1/2 hours in a 325° oven.

4Brush every 1/2 hour with the sauce and turn. Serves 4 to 6.
