- 2 to 3 lb. yams
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. peach or apricot nectar
- 1 c. pineapple juice
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 1 can pineapple (slices)
- 1/2 stick butter
Directions

1Peel and boil yams 15 to 20 minutes.

2Test with knife.

3Cool yams.

4In skillet, put butter, sugar and all juices.

5Melt or cook for 30 to 45 minutes to make thick sauce.

6Slice yams and dip in sauce.

7Dip pineapple in sauce.

8Put yams and pineapple in baking dish.

9Pour remainder sauce over and bake for 25 minutes covered. Bake 5 minutes uncovered.
