Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 - 6 pound beef roast
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 20 ounce. catsup or possibly barbeque sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 lg. onion, minced fine
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 c. water
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

    Mix the above ingredients and pour over beef.

    Cook for 4 hrs at 300 degrees.

    After 4 hrs pick beef apart with a fork.

    Remove bone and fat.

    Add in 1/8 c. sugar.

    Cook another hour at 300 degrees.

    Can use round steak.
