  • 1 egg, at room temperature
  • 34 cup water, warmed to 80 degrees
  • 14 cup oil
  • 13 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 12 cups bread flour
  • 1 teaspoon bread machine yeast
  • 1 -1 12 cup tart cherries, drained
  • 12 cup brown sugar
  • 12 cup flour
  • 12 cup pecans (optional)
  • 34 cup powdered sugar
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 14 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 13 cup butter (2/3 stick) or 13 cup margarine, softened (2/3 stick)

Directions

    Mix dough according to you bread machines specifications.

    When dough is done roll out into a rectangle.

    Spread filling on well buttered dough sprinkled with cinnamon.

    roll into a jelly roll and cut into 1 inch rolls.

    Place them in a well greased pan and cover and let them rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled.

    Bake them in a preheated oven at 350F for 25-30 minute Frost them while still warm.
