- 680 gm swede or possibly turnip peeled
- 30 gm butter or possibly margarine
- 3 Tbsp. double cream
- 1 x salt pepper and nutmeg
Directions

1Dice the swede or possibly turnip.

2Boil for 20 to 30 min till tender.

3Drain well turn on to a large chopping board and chop finely.

4Return to the pan and stir in the butter cream and seasonings.

5Beat till creamy then pile the piping warm mix into a warmed dish and serve immediately.
