  • 1/4 cup toasted walnut pieces
  • 1/4 cup grated parmigiano-reggiano cheese
  • 3 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 1 large clove garlic, quartered
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
