- 3 whole Garlic Cloves
- 1/3 cups Pine Nuts
- 2 cups Fresh Basil Leaves
- 1/2 cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
Directions

1Chop garlic and pine nuts in a food processor. Pulse a few times.

2Add the basil and pulse a few more times.

3Add olive oil slowly while food processor is running.

4Scrape down the sides of the processor, add the grated cheese, pulse again to blend.

5Salt and pepper to taste.

6Serve over pasta or bruschetta.
