Basic Blue Crab Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. blue crab meat
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/3 c. chopped celery
  • 1/3 c. chopped green pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 c. melted margarine
  • 1 pack Stove Top stuffing (ground up with seasonings)
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Cook onion, celery, green pepper and garlic in margarine until tender, but not brown.

    Combine all ingredients and mix well.

    May use mayonnaise and milk if too dry.
