- 3 eggs

- 1 cup flour
Directions

1Place milk, eggs and oil in blender or food processor container; cover.

3Add flour; blend until batter is well blended and smooth.

4Pour into bowl; cover.

6Lightly coat skillet with cooking spray.

7Heat on medium heat.
