  • 14 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper

    Cut eggs in half lengthwise.

    Remove yolks, With fork, mash yolks; add mayonaise, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper.

    Serve immediately or store, covered, in refrigerator.
