  • 4 (16 ounce.) fillets
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tbsp. fat
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt

    Heat fat.

    Beat egg slightly and add in lowfat milk.

    Dip fish in mix, set on towels.

    Mix flour, salt and pepper.

    Shake fish individually in a paper bag containing flour.
