- 4 (16 ounce.) fillets
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tbsp. fat
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Heat fat.

2Beat egg slightly and add in lowfat milk.

3Dip fish in mix, set on towels.

4Mix flour, salt and pepper.

5Shake fish individually in a paper bag containing flour.

6Fry in fat till brown.
