  • 5 c. fresh fruit (apple, pear, peach or berry) or 3 1/2 c. cooked chunky fruit
  • 3/4 c. sweet fruit juice (1/2 c. for peach and berry)
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. coriander (for apple)
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. arrowroot powder or cornstarch
