- 1 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 x Large eggs or possibly egg substitute
- 1 Tbsp. veg. oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
Directions

1In a bowl, combine flour, lowfat milk, Large eggs, oil and salt.

2Beat with a rotary beater till blended.

3Heat a lightly greased 6-inch skillet.

4Remove from heat and immediately spoon in about 2 Tbsp.

5of batter (coffee measure works well).

6Lift and tilt skillet to spread batter proportionately.

7Return to heat.

8Brown on one side only.

9Invert over paper toweling to remove.

10Store between pcs of wax paper.
