- 4 c. prepared fruit - your choice
- 3 c. sugar
Directions

1Wash the fruit thoroughly.

2Peel and remove cores, pits, stems and seeds.

3Berries and small fruits may be crushed in pan.

4Other fruits should be cut into small pcs.

5Measure fruit before putting it into pan.

6cook till tender, adding just sufficient water to prevent burning.

7Add in the sugar to the fruit, stirring till it dissolves.

8Boil rapidly till the jam is thick, stirring to prevent sticking.

9Test for jellying point, using a thermometer.

10Pour into warm, sterilized jars and seal.
