- 3 Cup flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 2 Cup milk
- 2 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients then add eggs and milk.

2gradually add the oil.

3You can add blueberries, or cooked rice or tsp. of cinnamon and 2 Tbsp. sugar.

4Pour onto griddle heated with a small amount of heat.

5When cooked on edges, turn, cook for about 1 minute more.

6Remove and serve immediately.
