- 1/3 c. pine nuts
- 1 large or 2 small garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1Combine first 5 ingredients in a blender, or food processor, and process until smooth.

2At this point, before adding cheese, mixture can be frozen in airtight container and kept for several months.
