  • 1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
  • 3/4 c. shredded cheese
  • 3/4 c. chopped cooked drained vegetable, meat or poultry
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. herb seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Sprinkle cheese and vegetables on pie shell.

    Beat together remaining ingredients until well blended.

    Pour over cheese and vegetables.

    Bake in preheated 375° oven until knife inserted near center comes out clean, almost 30 to 40 minutes.

    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
