- 1 kg white flour (2.2 pounds)
- 25 gm yeast fresh (1 oz) or possibly 1/3 oz dry yeast)
- 20 gm salt (2/3 oz)
- 6 dl water (2 2/5 c.)
Directions

1Put flour into large bowl.

2Stir yeast with hot water in small bowl.

3(If the water is cool, the yeast won't grow.

4If the water is too warm, the yeast will die.).

5Add in salt.

6Mix with flour and KNEAD!

7Let raise till size doubles.

8Make two loafs and place on cookie sheet.

9Let raise again briefly.

10Bake at middle heat in preheated oven.

11Baking time is 40 to 70 min.
