  • 300 grams Bread flour
  • 30 grams Butter
  • 210 ml 1 egg and milk
  • 30 grams Sugar
  • 4 1/2 grams Salt
  • 6 grams yeast

Directions

    Put everything in a bread machine and complete to the first rising (or knead by hand).

    Punch the dough and cut it into your desired size.

    Let it set for 15 minutes.

    Shape the dough as you like and then let them rise again for 20 minutes.

    Preheat you oven to 400F (200C) and bake for 10-12 minutes.
