- 1 package stovetop stuffing
- 3 stalks celery
- 1 medium onion
- butter
- miracle whip or mayo
- 1 turkey
Directions

1Saute onion and celery in butter.

2Prepare stuffing according to package.

3Mix all together and cool (so you can handle it).

4Remove neck & gizzards from turkey (usually is a package tucked inside).

5Stuff what you can of the stuffing into the bird cavity as well as the neck end.

6Rub entire bird with generous amount of miracle whip or mayo.

7Bake uncovered at 375 degrees (200 C.) for about an hour (This will brown the skin nicely).

8Cover with lid or foil.

9Reduce heat to 325 degrees (175 C.) for the rest of the cooking time.

101/2 hour per pound, approximately.
