- 5 to 5 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 pkg. quick-rise yeast
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. very warm water (125~ to 130~)
- 2 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1In large bowl, mix 2 1/2 cups flour, yeast, sugar and salt. Add 1 1/2 cups warm water and oil.

2Stir until well blended.

3Stir in 1 1/2 cups more flour.

4Gradually add enough flour to make a soft dough.

5Turn dough onto lightly floured surface.

6Knead about 8 to 10 minutes.

7Spray with vegetable spray, cover and let rest 10 minutes.
