- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. unsifted all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt or garlic salt
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1In 1 quart glass measuring cup put butter, flour and salt. Microwave on

2high for 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute. Gradually stir in milk.

3Microwave on high for 4 to 5 1/2 minutes, stirring every minute until thick and bubbly.

4For thicker sauce, use 3 Tbsp. of flour instead of two.

5Makes 1 cup.
