  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. skim milk
  • 1 oz. dried onions (optional)
  • 1/4 c. sliced mushrooms (optional)
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Slowly melt margarine.

    Add flour and salt.

    Pour in milk gradually, stir until thickens.

    May add onions and mushrooms to margarine before adding flour.

    After mixture thickens, add Worcestershire sauce.
