- 1 box Butter
- 3 sprigs' worth of leaves Basil
- 2 clove Garlic
- 1 sprig's worth Fresh parsley
- 1/6 Onion
- 1/2 Lemon juice
- 1 Salt, pepper
Directions

1Bring the butter to room temperature to soften.

2Squeeze the lemon.

3Rinse and drain the basil, parsley, garlic, onion.

4Put them into a food processor.

5Add the lemon juice, salt and pepper and blend into a paste.

6Add the basil paste into the softened butter and mix everything together.

7Season with salt.

8Transfer into a container lined with a sheet of plastic wrap.

9Chill in the fridge to harden.

10After the butter has hardened, cut into manageable sizes.
