- 1-1/2 pounds chicken tenderloins
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup white wine or chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon minced fresh thyme
- Hot cooked angel hair pasta
Directions

1Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat butter and oil over medium heat. Brown chicken on both sides. Remove from pan.

2Add wine and lemon juice, stirring to loosen browned bits from pan. Bring to a boil; cook 2-3 minutes or until liquid is reduced by half.

3Stir in cream, basil and thyme. Add chicken; return to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 4-6 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Serve with pasta.
