- 1 cup v8 juice
- 1 teaspoon basil dried
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper coarsely ground
Directions

1Trim and discard excess fat from chops.

2In a large frying pan, brown chops without added fat.

3When chops are browned, add other ingredients.

4Cover tightly and simmer 40 minutes or until tender.

5Turn meat occasionally and add a few tablespoons of water if necessary to prevent burning.
