- 1 refrigerated unbaked pie crust
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 5 Roma tomatoes
- 1/4 c. dry basil or 1 c. fresh basil leaves, loosely packed
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/8 tsp. ground white pepper
Directions

1Prebake pie crust according to directions.

2Remove from oven. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese.

3Cool on a wire rack. Cut tomatoes into wedges; drain on paper towels.

4Arrange wedges atop melted cheese in pie shell.

5In a food processor bowl, combine basil and garlic; cover and process.

6Sprinkle over tomatoes.
