  • 1 cup raw rice, rinsed in a strainer with cold water to remove some starch
  • 2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp butter

Directions

    In a medium saucepan bring chicken broth and butter to a boil, add rice give it a quick stir then cover, turn heat to low and simmer 20 minutes.

    Turn off heat and let sit covered 5 minutes.

    Turn out into serving dish and fluff with a fork.
