- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 2 chorizos, sliced
- salt to taste
- 1 ham hock
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- water
- 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. beef bouillon
- 1 lb. small red beans
Directions

1Rinse beans and put in crock-pot.

2Cover with ample water, allowing for beans to expand and leaving room for other ingredients.

3Soak overnight.

4Add onion, chorizos, ham hock, oil, tomato sauce, bouillon, paprika, salt and garlic.

5Slow cook all day.

6Stir occasionally; add water, depending on desired consistency.

7Ready to eat the next day.
